Clark State Performs at KR

On Tuesday, January 29, 2008, the Clark State Performing Arts Class presented an improv comedy program, “The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon”,  for the students at Kenton Ridge High School. Under the direction of Theresa Abshear, the students presented the modern adaptations to the classic Brothers Grimm tales for nearly an hour.

Directed by a Clark State student and having two former Kenton Ridge graduates, Natasha Brown and Timothy Sandusky,  in the cast the free program received very high marks from students and staff alike. The high octane, laugh-filled fairy tales had students and staff cracking up for more than 45 minutes. Meeting the goals of partnering with higher educational institutions in the area and providing a well-rounded education in the arts for our students, this production thrilled the KR students in attendance. And best of all….it was free!!!!!
