Floor Tiles in Buildings:

Floor tiles are damaged and we can’t get the same size or color to replace them. Due to asbestos we must contract this removal and the cost of tile removal for an average classroom of 750 square feet is $3200, with an additional $2000 to replace with new tile or carpet.

Structure of all Buildings:

Main Sewage Line:

Main sewage lines in buildings are corroded and are hard to unclog. We have to have a company with a sewer camera come to locate the problems and it is very costly per foot of sewer line inspected.

Well: (Northeastern High School)

Wells must pump water to supply NE High School, the Board Office, the Bus Garage, and Maintenance building. Northeastern school runs out of water due to several problems. These problems have occurred often in the past two years.

Driveways:

Unit Vent Heaters:

Motors are going out more often due to age. Cost of a motor is around $600 depending upon size.
