2018 FFA Pink Powder Puff Football Extravaganza

  As a Community Service Project ?the Northeastern FFA Boosters & Chapter is
  sponsoring the seventh annual “Pink” Powder Puff football game being held Friday
  November 2nd @ 6:00 PM at Northeastern High School. This year’s theme is
  “Tackle Breast Cancer”.
  Our Event benefits the “Breast Cancer Endowment Fund of Clark & Champaign
  Counties”. ? This endowment was co-founded by Gretta Runyan, a very active
  Northeastern alumni. Last year's event was a huge success, we were able to
  present the Breast Cancer Endowment Fund with a check in the amount of $10,110
  and over the last six years we have donated a total of $51,666 to the Endowment.
  We are extremely proud of the success of this annual event and how it has brought
our school and community together for such a worthwhile cause. The excitement is
already building as the girls Powder Puff Football Teams are being formed and the boys gear up for another great year as
Powder Puff Cheerleaders. T-shirts and sweatshirts are being sold, all in an effort to show support for Breast Cancer
Awareness and this great event.
At the big event on November 2 the Girls Teams will face off to see who will claim Powder Puff Victory and be crowned the
2018 Champs. You are sure to be entertained at half time as the guy cheerleaders show us what they are made of
and prove that real men can and do wear PINK!! Our 5th Annual 50/50 PINK Football Drop will take place prior to the
Championship Game. Raffle Baskets and a wonderful Concession stand will help round out the evening. Recognition
will also be given to “Exceptional Essay Winners” from each Powder Puff Team.

our sponsor board.
