Title I At Northridge Middle School
This is to inform you that there is a math tutor available for your child during his/her math class, study hall, and during intervention time. Because of a federal program, Northridge Middle School is able to provide every grade level with a math tutor. Each tutor divides his/her time between the math classes so that some days the tutor will not be in your child’s math class. Any student who requests help, however, will get the help that they need. Our eighth grade math tutor is Gene Harvey, seventh grade math tutor is Kristin Griebel, and the sixth grade math tutor is Miranda Cherry. Our students are fortunate to have these teachers working to help raise our level of math achievement.

It is very important when you have a phone number, address, or custody change that you notify the office ASAP. In the event of an emergency we want to have current information available on your child.
The 6th Grade Basketball Skills Camp for next years 7th Graders, was originally scheduled to have two camps, one for Girls and one for Boys. Due to low numbers, we have decided to combine the two camps into one. The date for the camp will be June 28th - July 1st. We have also extended the registration deadline to June 18th. If you are interested, please drop off your $15 camp fee to the NR Middle School office before the 18th. You will also need to fill out a registration form when you bring in your money. If you already registered and paid your camp fee, there is nothing else that you need to do. All checks should be made out to Northridge Athletic Boosters.
