This form is to be used by parents, students, or community members who wish to register a complaint/concern about any item related to the Northeastern Local School District. As a district, we take feedback from our stakeholders very seriously. We also believe there needs to be a legitimate process for registering a concern/complaint and how that item is handled. Completed forms will only be viewed by the Superintendent. After reading the form, the Superintendent will decide on an appropriate course of action in dealing with the concern/complaint. Please list your name and contact information. While we will consider anonymous items, it is more expedient to have all of the necessary information when considering a course of action for solving problems.
