The foremost goal of the NELSD Maintenance Department is to provide a clean and safe environment for the children of our district.  We strive to keep the learning environments comfortable and the buildings running as smoothly as possible.  To help us achieve this goal the district employs 18 full-time and three part-time custodians. The maintenance staff and custodians are involved in annual safety training, including lock-out tag out, ladder safety, high lift training, asbestos awareness, blood-borne pathogen program, and many more.

 

We are constantly learning new and more efficient ways to maintain our buildings and grounds. We take great pride in your buildings and the jobs that we do.
