NELSD Releases Inaugural State of the Schools Address

On Friday, April 14th, Northeastern Local School District released its first-ever State of the Schools address, which provides an analysis of the district's goals, academic and extracurricular achievements, and a breakdown of the district's financial situation.

"We are excited to present our first-ever State of the Schools address," said Northeastern Local School District Superintendent, Dr. John Kronour. "This address gives the community an overview of where we are as a district and where we're heading in the future. We're proud of our progress so far, and we're committed to continuing to improve and provide the best possible education for our students."

Along with the release of the State of the Schools address, the district wishes to inform the community about a scientific survey that will be conducted by Paul Fallon Research. The survey will gather feedback from community members on various topics, including education quality, finances, leadership, facilities, and communications. Our community survey will be carried out through phone calls or text messages, and all responses will remain confidential. Paul Fallon Research will analyze results. The district will also adapt this phone and text survey to create a version for our students and staff members. The survey results will be used to guide future decision-making and improvements within the district.

"We're always looking for ways to improve and better serve our students and the community," said Dr. Kronour. "The scientific community survey will provide valuable feedback and insight to help us make informed decisions and continue to provide the highest quality education to our students."
