New Disc Golf Course Opens at Former Kenton Ridge High School
Dear NELSD Community,

There is an exciting new activity available on the Kenton Ridge campus. The new 9-hole disc golf course offers a new way for students and community members to enjoy the property and get active outdoors. The course was designed with kids, beginners, and families in mind. Hole No. 1 begins near the entrance to the lane leading to the weight room.

The course is open to the public after school hours, but is reserved for student and class use during the school day. Public access is not permitted from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Since the course is located on school property, we ask community members to respect these hours and not use the course during the school day.Disc
This project was made possible through the hard work of NELSD Board President Blake Shaffer, who has spent more than a year working to bring a disc golf course to our community. The course was made possible through generous donations from the Ricky Wysocki Foundation and LWS Tax & Accounting and was completed at no expense to the school district.

We are grateful to Mr. Shaffer, the Ricky Wysocki Foundation, LWS Tax & Accounting, and everyone who contributed their time, resources, and generosity to make this opportunity possible.

We hope our students and community enjoy this new addition to the former Kenton Ridge High School property!

Kind Regards,

Jack Fisher
Superintendent
Northeastern Local School District
