Shining Staff Spotlight: Ms. Zoe Guasel
This week, we are thrilled to feature the amazing Ms. Zoe Gausel in our Shining Staff Spotlight! She’s a bright, kind-hearted, and vibrant presence, bringing warmth and positivity to everyone around her. Ms. Gausel is the Accounts Payable Administrative Secretary at the NELSD Board Office, joining the team just this year. Although she’s a fresh face in this role, her enthusiasm and dedication make her a joy to have around! She truly loves being part of our district, and we are excited to have her on board.
One of the things Ms. Gausel adores most about working here is the tight-knit, small-town community that surrounds the district. She appreciates how everyone shares a deep passion for education and is always willing to lend a helping hand to support students. While this town may be different from where she grew up, she enjoys it! She is originally from Fairborn, Ohio! Ms. Gausel graduated from Fairborn High School before continuing her education at Wright State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership in 2022.
While her professional life is great, her family is everything to her. She grew up with two wonderful sisters, Lily and Ariel, who have been her lifelong best friends, biggest supporters, and go-to sounding boards. Their bond is unbreakable! She also has the love and support of her amazing parents, Cassie and Eric, who have always encouraged her to follow her dreams.
When she’s not working, you can often find Ms. Gausel out enjoying nature! She loves spending time with her family and friends, especially when they can all head to the river for a fun day of kayaking. Warm, sunny days are perfect for outdoor adventures, and she cherishes every moment she gets to spend with loved ones. If she’s not out exploring nature, you will likely find her catching up with friends on the weekends.
Of course, Ms. Gausel also values her me time! She recently picked up the art of crocheting, since it’s always fun to pick up new hobbies. On top of that, she’s an avid book lover and a proud member of a book club, where she gets to dive into exciting new reads and share thoughts with fellow bookworms.
We’re so lucky to have someone as passionate, kind, and full of life as Ms. Gausel in our district! Keep shining and being the awesome person you are!
